Location and Geography The location of Apoll is in Northern Greece in the kingdom of Macedon. It surrounded by mountains which make it hard to attack us, but our military is still strong. The city itself in on a valley. The land here is very fertile which is great for farming. The Vardar river is directly beside the city which delivers fresh water for farming and drinking. This river also delivers food in the form of fish. Also, the Vardar river can be used for transportation. It dumps into the Thermaic Gulf which can be used to get to other city-states to trade goods.

Climate |
The climate in Apoll was perfect. There were hot summers and freezing winters but only at night. It is a part of the Mediterranean climate. There was also enough rain to grow plants. The approximate amount of rain a year is 18 inches. The winds were not that strong either. This makes Apoll suitable for farming. We grow olive trees for olive oil, barley for feeding livestock and ourselves, and grapes used for wine and many more plants.
