What Does it Mean to be Apollian Apoll creates certain characteristics in a person. As the motto says, Apoll creates strong and noble people. This means that when you are from here, you are educated, advanced in combat, and specify in a certain job. Our people here are all well-rounded. Also, farming is a large part of the polis, Apoll. There are large abundances of fertile farmland, therefore, there are many slaves who maintain the farms in Apoll. There are also miners to extract the natural resources of gold and silver. These metals are traded for stronger metals like iron and steel. Iron and steel were then bought to blacksmiths who used these metals to create weapons. There were also fishermen. There was lots of fresh water in rivers, and they were located right on the coast; therefore they had lots of resources for fishing. In addition to those jobs, the military was strong too. And a strong military needs wise teachers, therefore, another common and important job is military teachers or leaders.

How we Interact with People Around |
Apoll interacts with other city-states by access of the Aegean Sea. We use waterways to trade and interact with other city-states. It is easier to get other places on sea rather than land. We have many allies and rivals too. But, we trade with almost everyone who is a part of the Greece kingdom. We need some things to survive so, we give them some military training or some gold and silver in return for their good deeds.

Allies and Rivals |
We have Allies and Rivals for many different reasons. We chose to be Allies with people who can support our type of polis and can contribute to our weaknesses to make us stronger. This might include strong military or they have natural resources that we need to create weapons. Also, location is key to making an alliance with another city-state. Our rivals are towns who are similar to us and that we can't gain any power or strength with them. They also might believe in things that we strive to think are wrong.
